Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je návrh vhodného způsobu financování investičního záměru obce Bzenec. Investičním záměrem je obnova bzeneckého zámku a jeho přilehlého areálu. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. The main goal of the graduation work is to find a suitable way of financing the investment plan of the municipality Bzenec. The investment plan is to restore the Bzenec chateau and its adjacent area.
