Diplomová práce je zaměřena na kritickou analýzu právní úpravy součinnosti dle zákona č. 120/2001 Sb., o soudních exekutorech a exekuční činnosti (exekuční řád) v platném znění. Konkrétně se zaměřuje na vztah soudního exekutora a třetích osob v rámci procesu součinnosti s důrazem na postavení plátců mezd. This degree work is focused on the critical analysis of the legislation synergy according to the law number 120/2001 of the law executors and the execution procedure in the valid wording. It concentrates particularly on the relationship of the law executor and the third party within the process of cooperation, putting a great emphasis on a status of tax payers.
