Tato bakalářská práce má za cíl seznámit čtenáře s epigenetickými změnami v reakci na různé aspekty kvality života. Začátek práce popisuje jednotlivé epigenetické mechanismy a jejich souvislost s kvalitou života. Hlavní část práce se zabývá způsobem, jakým strava a spánek ovlivňují epigenetiku a shrnuje poznatky, které mohou přispívat k prevenci anebo naopak k rozvoji některých onemocnění. Závěr této …more

This bachelor thesis aims to introduce the reader to epigenetic changes in response to various aspects of quality of life. The beginning of the thesis describes the different epigenetic mechanisms and their relation to quality of life.
