Abstract:

With the overall promotion of economic globalization and the intensification of market competition, the survival and development of modern enterprises are experiencing an unprecedented complex and changeable environment. The market is the basis for the survival of enterprises, and the strategy of enterprises must meet the requirements of the market. In this era of rapid market change, enterprises undoubtedly need to pay more attention to strategic management than before, When the current strategy cannot adapt to the changes of the environment, it is necessary to make changes in time and implement strategic adjustment and transformation. Therefore, the development process of an organization is the process of continuous adjustment and change of strategy. The strategic change management of an enterprise is also becoming the daily management work of the organization. Human resource management, as the business partner of the strategic development of the enterprise, is becoming the daily management work of the organization. It plays an increasingly important role in the strategy. Once the enterprise decides to implement the new strategic goal, it means that the enterprise needs to readjust and allocate the resources it has. It is clear that the enterprise is in the special period of strategic change, how to better select, cultivate, use and retain talents, and to reposition human resources, Therefore, the enterprise strategy must require the enterprise to adjust or even reconstruct on the basis of the original human resource management Firstly, this paper discusses the relevant theories of enterprise strategy and human resource management, and thinks that the most critical success factor in the management process is to combine human resource and business strategy. In the face of a variety of strategic trends, human resource management has put forward requirements, and human resource management to comply with the current strategic development conditions also appeared a new development trend. Secondly,the similarity of human resources and enterprise strategy integration, starting from their consistency, the combination of human resources and enterprise strategy, the most suitable strategy for enterprise development.
