Tato práce se zabývá důležitým veřejným ozbrojeným sborem a orgánem obce zajišťujícím veřejný pořádek, kterým je obecní policie. Stručně charakterizuje tuto instituci a zařazuje ji do systému veřejné správy v České republice.
