The process of creative writing:The influence of used medium

Abstract:

V mé bakalářské práci se zabývám problematikou vlivu používaného média (počítače, tužky a papíru) na proces tvořivého psaní. V teoretické části se nejprve zabývám tvořivostí z pohledu osobnosti, produktu, prostředí a procesu. Soustředím se zejména na tvořivý proces, na který navazuje shrnutí poznatků k procesu tvořivého psaní. Stavím tak teoretická východiska pro výzkumnou část. Ta popisuje výzkum, ve kterém jsem realizoval polostrukturované rozhovory s lidmi literárně tvůrčími. Sesbíraná data byla následně analyzována a na jejich základě jsem identifikoval kategorie a subkategorie v procesu tvořivého psaní, kde byla zaznamenána distinkce způsobená vlivem používaného média. Na závěr diskutuji možné aplikace zjištěných poznatků například v psychohygieně či psychoterapii a uvažuji nad dalšími možnostmi zkoumání této problematiky.

Abstract:

In my thesis I am concerning myself with the issueof influence of media (computer versus pencil and paper) on the process of creative writing. In the theoretical part I target the creativity in the view of personality, product, environment and the process itself. I focus mainly on the creative process which is followed with notes about creative writing. I thus build theoretical possibilities for my research in which I made semi-constructed dialogues with people who create themselves. Collected data were then analysed and the identification of categories and subcategories in the creative writing process was based on them. In these the difference of used media was distinguished. In the end I discuss possible applications of researched notes in psycho-hygiene and psychotherapy, for example, and I think of other possibilities of conducting a research of this very issue.
