Abstract:

Předkládaná práce se zabývá optimalizací konstrukčních návrhů výkonových převodovek. Na rozdíl od jiných domácích i zahraničních literárních pramenů je konstrukční proces vnímán komplexně s navazujícími souvislostmi výrobními i ekonomickými. U optimalizovaného výrobku jsou brány v úvahu všechny hlavní stavební prvky, tj. ozubení, hřídele, těleso skříně a ložiska, s respektováním zásad platných pro jejich konstrukční návrhy. Cílem práce je zpracování expertního systému popisujícího oborové znalosti, údaje, vztahy, návaznosti, zkušenosti a výsledky dlouhodobých pozorování zapsané a zpracované ve formě matematického modelu, respektujícího fyzikální zákonitosti objektu a jevů. Teoretická část práce se nejprve zabývá definováním geometrických, materiálových, provozních a ekonomických návrhových parametrů, určením silových vazeb mezi prvky a jejich přípustnou zatížitelností a stanovením omezujících podmínek. Posléze je věnována pozornost sestavení funkcionálu sledovaných vlastností a jeho optimalizaci v závislosti na změně návrhových parametrů. Praktická část práce je věnována prezentaci odlišností konstrukčních zásad návrhů výkonových převodovek v závislosti na použitém optimalizačním kritériu. Je rovněž porovnán vliv jednokriteriálních a multikriteriální optimalizace na výsledné vlastnosti výrobku. Dosažené výsledky jsou demonstrovány i na porovnání mezi konstrukčním návrhem zpracovaným standardním způsobem a jeho optimalizovanou variantou.

Abstract:

The present work deals with the optimization of engineering design of heavy-duty gearboxes. Unlike other domestic and foreign literature, the work perceives the design process with its full complexity including connected aspects of production and economy. In the optimized product all the main constructional elements are taken into account, i.e., gears, shafts, bearings and the gear housing, while the principles relating to the design of the components are observed. The work has for its aim elaboration of an expert system describing knowledge of the domain, data, relationships, links, experience and results of long-term observations recorded and processed in the form of a mathematical model, observing physical laws of the object and related phenomena. The theoretical part of the work deals with the definition of geometric, material, operational and economic parameters of the design, with power relations between system elements and their permissible loading capacity as well as with the determination of boundary conditions. Finally, attention is paid to the formulation of the Functional of the followed up properties depending upon the change of design parameters. The practical part of the work is devoted to the presentation of differences in the principles decisive for the design of heavy-duty gearboxes depending upon the optimization criteria. Also the influence of single- and multi-criteria optimization upon the resulting properties of the product is compared. The results obtained are illustrated by means of a comparison between the structural design processed by standard procedures and its optimized variant.
