Predkladaná diplomová práca sa zameriava na využitie slovotvorných (poťažmo derivačných) rysov pre osvojenie si češtiny ako cudzieho jazyka, a síce v podobe elektronického (online) nástroja. Cieľom práce je definovať pravidlá, ktoré vychádzajú z formálnych derivačných rysov českých slov. Na základe týchto pravidiel vytvárať definície zachytávajúce štruktúrny význam odvodených slov.
