Application of liquid chromatography in agrochemical analysis
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na popis vysokoúčinné kapalinové chromatografie. Dále jsou zmíněna nejběžněji používaná hnojiva a pesticidy. Cílem literární rešerše bylo přinést souhrn v současnosti používaných typů sestav vysokoúčinné kapalinové chromatografie, která se používá k analýze agrochemikálií a jejich reziduí v potravinách a životním prostředí.
Abstract:
The Bachelor thesis is focused on the description of the high performance liquid chromatography. The most commonly used fertilizers and pesticides were described. The aim of the literature search is to provide a summary of currently used techniques of high performance liquid chromatography for the analysis of agrochemicals and their residues in food and the environment.
