Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá dutinou ústní a stavy dutiny ústní, se kterými se dentální hygienistky běžně potkají ve své praxi. Obsah představuje souhrnné výukové listy zaměřené na různé stavy a problematiku dutiny ústní a parodontologie. Výukové listy si kladou za cíl představit a ukázat různé typy problematiky dutiny ústní studentům dentální hygieny, upevnit jejich znalosti a navrhnout terapii a další postup řešení i konzultaci s lékařem. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část s otázkami týkajících se oblastí problematiky dutiny ústní a praktickou část s fotografiemi obsahující různé stavy dutiny ústní. Pod každou fotografií se objeví popis stavu dutiny, část anamnézy pacienta, některé indexy a otázky k odborné fotografii. Na další straně je vysvětlení otázek týkající se odborné fotografie, které studentovi poradí, jak postupovat. Fotografie jsou případy, se kterými se dentální hygienistky běžně setkají ve své praxi. Studenti si vyzkouší svoje znalosti ve formě popisu stavu, použití nástroje a postupu. Výukové listy slouží jako praktická příprava na budoucí povolání.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis concerns the oral cavity and the conditions of the oral cavity regularly encountered by dental hygienists in their practice. The content consists of comprehensive educational sheets addressing various conditions and issues related to the oral cavity and periodontology. The educational sheets aim to introduce and demonstrate different types of oral cavity issues to dental hygiene students, reinforce their knowledge, and suggest treatment options and further steps for resolution, including consultation with a physician. The bachelor's thesis is divided into a theoretical part addressing issues related to the oral cavity and a clinical part with photographs illustrating various oral conditions. Below each photograph, there is a description of the oral condition, part of the patient’s history, certain indices, and questions related to the professional image. On the following page, there are explanations for the questions regarding the professional image, guiding students on how to proceed. The photographs represent cases that dental hygienists commonly encounter in their practice. Students have the opportunity to test their knowledge by describing the condition, selecting the appropriate tools, and determining the course of action. The educational worksheets serve as practical preparation for their future profession.
