Bakalárska práca je zameraná na spôsoby nadobúdania vlastníckeho práva, najmä k nehnuteľnostiam a to pri dodržiavaní platných právnych noriem. Pochopenie procesu, akým vlastnícke právo prechádza na nadobúdateľa je dôležité pre zachovanie dobrých a bezpečných vzťahov medzi účastníkmi.
