Albumin and creatinine are two important analytes in clinical biochemistry. Their detection in urine samples can be useful in predicting the risk of renal dysfunctions. Mainly, expressing an albumin/creatinine concentration ratio is important and it is used in diagnostics of chronic kidney disease. Albumin a kreatinin jsou dva významné klinicko-biochemické analyty. Jejich společným stanovením v moči je možné lépe odhadovat riziko renálních dysfunkcí. Význam má především vyjádření poměru jejich koncentrací, které se uplatňuje v diagnostice chronického onemocnění ledvin (CKD).
