In this thesis the methods of transformation of chosen bacterial genus/species and methods of transfection of eukaryotic cells are discussed. Táto bakalářská práce je věnovaná analýze dostupných metod transformace vybraných bakteriálních rodů/druhů a také metod transfekce eukaryotických buněk. První část práce se zaměřuje na detailní popis specifických mechanismů vyskytujících se u bakteriálních buněk, které vedou k jejich úspěšné transformaci v přirozeném prostředí.
