Tax evidence as a method of the evidence of economic transactions

Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce je porovnat daňovou evidenci jako metodu evidence hospodářských transakcí s jinými metodami využívanými v České republice, kterými jsou účetnictví a metoda paušálních výdajů. Nejprve se práce zabývá vymezením zákonných podmínek vedení těchto metod. Dále je práce zaměřena na analýzu jednotlivých hospodářských transakcí a podmínky pro jejich zaznamenávání v daňové evidenci. Ve třetí části porovnávám administrativní a ekonomickou nákladnost jednotlivých metod. Nakonec se s ohledem na zjištěné informace pokouším navrhnout vhodný způsob vedení daňové evidence u zvoleného subjektu.

Abstract:

The subject of the submitted bachelor thesis is a comparison of tax evidence as a method of the evidence of economic transactions with the other methods used in the Czech Republic, which are accounting and the method of lump sum expenses. Firstly, the work deals with defining legal conditions of keeping these methods. Secondly, it focuses on the analysis of particular economic transactions and conditions for their recording in the tax evidence. In the third part I compare administrative and economic demands of the individual methods. Finally, I try to propose a suitable method of keeping tax evidence for a chosen subject with regard to my findings.
