Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na kryogely a jejich využití jako nosičů aktivních látek. Teoretická část se zabývá obecnými informacemi o gelech a jejich přípravou, jsou zde podrobněji popsány kryogely, jejich vlastnosti, proces výroby a aplikace v medicíně a kosmetice. Větší pozornost je věnována gelům a kryogelům jako nosičům aktivních látek. V poslední části jsou popsány Pickeringovy emulze. Praktická …more

The bachelor thesis is focused on cryogels and their use as carriers of active substances. The theoretical part deals with general information about gels and their preparation, cryogels, their properties, production process and application in medicine and cosmetics are described in detail.
