The effect of positioning and timing of run for the accuracy of headers in solving goal opportunities in the penalty area with apprentices
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá rozborem techniky hry hlavou ve fotbale. Zkoumá vliv náběhu na přesnost střelby hlavou při řešení střeleckých příležitostí v určených zónách pokutového území a v návaznosti s ním použitou techniku hry hlavou po rohových kopech. Je zaměřena především na žákovské kategorie.
Abstract:
This Diploma thesis is dealing with research of heading techniques in football. It analyses the affect of positioning and timing of run for the accuracy of headers in solving goal opportunities in particular zones of the penalty area and following this the technique used for headers after corner kicks. It is focused mainly on apprentices (scholar categories).
