Abstract:
O trabalho - O arquipélago dos Açores no séc. XIX e o movimento autonomista - trata sobre os mais importantes aspectos que influenciaram o desenvolvimento dos Açores ao longo do séc. XIX. Entre estes pertencem a sociedade, a economia e a emigração. Todos estes aspectos levaram a elite açoriana à formação de movimento autonomista e a manifestar o seu desejo de autonomia.
