Vliv histaminu na expresi antiapoptických a proapoptických proteinů v lidských neutrofilech aktivovaných různými stimuly
The effect of histamine on the expression of anti-apoptotic and pro-apoptotic proteins in human neutrophils activated with different stimuli
Abstract:
Neutrofilní granulocyty jsou prvními buňkami, které se objevují v místě zánětu a jejich hlavní funkcí je zneškodnění cizorodého patogenu. Využívají přitom proteolytické enzymy a reaktivní metabolity kyslíku. Aktivované neutrofily hynou v procesu programované buněčné smrti – apoptózy. Následně jsou neutrofily fagocytované makrofágy a dochází k rezoluci zánětu. Pokud se v organismu vyskytne zánět, dojde …moreAbstract:
Neutrophilic granulocytes are the first cells at the site of inflammation, and their primary function is destruction of heterogeneous pathogens by using proteolytic enzymes and reactive oxygen metabolites. Activated neutrophils are cleared in the process of programmed cell death - apoptosis. Subsequently they are phagocytised by macrophages which leads to resolution of inflammation. If there is inflammation …more
