Práce se zabývá problematikou zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve vybrané společnosti. Cílem práce je analyzovat současný systém zaměstnaneckých benefitů, posoudit jejich účelnost a navrhnout možnosti optimalizace s ohledem na jejich dopad na hospodářský výsledek společnosti. The thesis deals with the issue of employee benefits in a selected company. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the current system of employee benefits, assess their effectiveness, and propose optimisation measures with regard to their impact on the company’s financial performance.
