Implementation of Process Changes in a Company
Abstract:
Tématem diplomové práce je implementace procesních změn v podniku se zaměřením na reverzní logistiku. Cílem diplomové práce je zmapování aktuální situace ve vybraném podniku, zavedení změn stávajícího procesu reverzní logistiky a vyhodnocení implementace. Práce je zaměřena na obalové materiály ve výrobním závodu pro automobilový průmysl.
Abstract:
The topic of the master's thesis is the implementation of process changes in a company with a focus on reverse logistics. The aim of the master's thesis is to map the current situation in a selected company, introduce changes to the existing reverse logistics process, and evaluate the implementation. The work is focused on packaging materials in a manufacturing plant for the automotive industry.
