Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na porovnání dvou druhů osobní letecké dopravy, a to soukromého korporátního sektoru s komerčním sektorem letectví. Zabývá se hlavně zhodnocením náboru, školení a tréninku stevardů, a to z hlediska bezpečnosti.
Abstract:
The bachelor's thesis focuses on the comparison of two types of passenger air transport, namely the private corporate sector and the commercial aviation sector. It mainly deals with the evaluation of the recruitment, training and practical training of flight attendants, from the safety point of view.
