Abstract:

Cílem diplomové „Elektronické bankovnictví“ je popsat a analyzovat elektronické bankovnictví v České Republice, včetně vymezení rizik a bezpečnosti. V první části diplomové práce je definován pojem a vývoj elektronického bankovnictví. Následující kapitola je věnována aktuálně používaným prvkům v České republice, tzn. platebním kartám, telefonnímu a mobilnímu bankovnictví, bankomatu, WAP a JAVA bankovnictví, homebankingu a internetovému bankovnictví. Ve čtvrté a páté části je pak analyzována aktuální nabídka elektronického bankovnictví České spořitelny, a.s., Komerční banky, a.s. a Československé obchodní banky, a.s.. V závěru práce jsou definována rizika a zabezpečení komunikace mezi klientem a bankou včetně doporučení k eliminaci rizik.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis "Electronic Banking" is to describe and analyze electronic banking in the Czech Republic, including the definition of risks and safety. In the first part of my thesis the term and development of electronic banking are defined. The following chapter deals the currently used elements in the Czech republic such as credit cards, phone and mobile banking, ATM, WAP and JAVA banking, Internet banking and Homebanking. In the fourth and fifth parts are analyzed the current offers of electronic banking - Ceska sporitelna, Komercni banka and Ceskoslovenska obchodni banka. In conclusion, there are defined the risks and security of communication between the client and the bank, including the recommendation to avoid risks.
