V diplomové práci se zabývám problematikou stalkingu v souvislosti s jeho zavedením do Trestního zákoníku v lednu 2010. V úvodní části jsem se zaměřil na vymezení pojmu stalking, na jeho formy, oběti, následky a poskytovanou pomoc. Cílem práce bylo zjištění toho, jakým způsobem se oběti stalkingu dívají na pomoc, která je poskytována obětem nebezpečného pronásledování z pohledu jejich vlastní zkušenosti …more

This dissertation will analyse topic of stalking because term stalking is quite new and it was introduced into Criminal Code of Czech republic in January 2010. I will analyse term of stalking, forms of stalking, victims of stalking, consequences of stalking and help which is available for victims of stalking in the introduction.
