Diplomová práce se soustředí na soudní spory týkající se změny klimatu. Tyto spory se stávají běžnými, avšak stále neexistuje zaručený modus operandi vedení takových sporů, jejich výsledky jsou proto nepřed-vídatelné. The diploma thesis focuses on climate change related disputes. Such disputes are becoming common, yet there is no infallible modus op-erandi to pursue them and results are often unpredictable. It reviews related cases, concentrating on the parties involved, the argumentation narratives they provided, the issues the litigation suffered and the out-come of the cases.
