Abstract:
Přehled a případné zhodnocení práv a povinností insolvenčního správce při různých způsobech řešení úpadku. Posouzení vztahů správce k dalším zúčastněným subjektům insolvenčního řízení, včetně pohledu na ekonomickou stránku činnosti správce.
Abstract:
The summary and appropriate evaluation of rights and duties of trustee during the different ways of bankruptcy solution. The judgement of trustee relations to the other participant subjects of bankrupt procedure including the economic view of trustee activity.
