Tématem bakalářské práce je úloha radiologického asistenta při vyšetření SPECT/CT a zobrazení nádorů štítné žlázy. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se věnuje oboru radiologický asistent, obecně nukleární medicíně, přístrojové technice, radiační ochraně, anatomii a fyziologii štítné žlázy, scintigrafickým vyšetřením štítné žlázy a terapii štítné žlázy. The theme of this bachalor thesis is the role of a radiological assistant during SPECT/CT examination and a display of thyroid gland tumor.
