Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o vlivu chromu na lidský organizmus, jak z pohledu nutričního, tak i z hlediska jemu přisuzované toxicity. Detailně popisuje metabolizmus chromu v lidském těle a shrnuje současné poznatky o jeho biochemických a fyziologických funkcích. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is about nutritional and toxic influences of chromium on the human organism. It describes in detail the metabolism of chromium in the human body and summarizes current knowledge of physiological and biochemical functions.
