School environment factors affecting the proper body posture of children - case study of the 7th grade elementary school

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na faktory školního prostředí, působící na držení těla žáků staršího školního věku. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část, v teoretické části je popsán pohyb a pohybový aparát lidského těla, je zhodnoceno vadné a správné držení těla, dále jsou upřesněny vhodné parametry školního nábytku a školní aktovky. V teoretické části je také zmíněna důležitost pohybu dětí ve škole i mimo ni. Praktická část diplomové práce je zaměřena na přímé pozorování faktorů školního prostředí, které působí na držení těla žáků. Mezi tyto faktory patří pohyb žáků ve výuce, hmotnost školní aktovky, rozměry nábytku, pozice v sedu v lavici při výuce a při psaní. Dále je zjištěno držení těla žáků pomocí Matthiasovy metody. Cílem výzkumného šetření je vytvořit případovou studii žáků sedmého ročníku.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis focuses on the factors of the school environment, which influence the body posture of older school age children. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part the movement system of the human body is described, the poor and correct body postures are evaluated, the parameters of the school furniture and of a school bag are clarified. The theoretical part also mentions the importance of the movement of children in and out of school. The practical part of the thesis is focused on the direct observation of the factors of the school environment, which influence the body posture of the pupils. These factors include the movement of pupils in the classroom, the weight of the school bag, the school furniture, the sitting position at the desk. In addition, the body posture of the pupils is determined by using the Matthias method. The aim of the research is to create a case study of the seventh grade pupils.
