Kolektivní dominance je konceptem soutěžního práva, který odráží napětí mezi právním a ekonomickým přístupem k regulaci hospodářské soutěže. Collective dominance is a concept of competition law, reflecting the tension between the legal and economic approach to the regulation of competition. At the same time, collective dominance is a concept which is not sufficiently defined in the decision making process of competition authorities.
