Abstract:
Práce se zabývá předběžnými opatřeními vydávanými v mezinárodním rozhodčím řízení. První část práce uvádí čtenáře do celé problematiky. Druhá část práce spočívá v analýze a komparaci vybraných právních úprav (ČR, SRN, Vzorový zákon UNCITRAL), a to z hlediska procesu vydávání předběžných opatření na podporu rozhodčího řízení. This thesis deals with interim measures issued in international arbitration. The first part introduces the whole topic to the reader. The second part concerns analysis and comparison of selected legislations (Czech Republic, Germany, UNCITRAL Model Law) from the point of view of the interim measures issuance process in support of arbitration.
