Abstract:
Úkolem této diplomové práce je pojmout manželství jako komplex právních vztahů mezi manžely navzájem a mezi manžely a jejich rodinou. Vytyčuje také hlavní účel institutu manželství a věnuje pozornost ochranným ustanovením, která chrání zájmy rodiny. Abstract:
The aim of this dissertation is to approach the married state as a complex of law relations between man and wife themselves and among them and their family. It defines the main purpose of the married state and pays attention to protective regulation, which protects interests of family.
