Production design of parts for tool holder
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá přípravou výroby dvou součástí zvaných Nosič nástroje a Saně ve výrobním systému nástrojárny společnosti Mubea. Tyto dva díly jsou součástí stroje zkonstruovaného za účelem tváření dutých tyčí, tak, aby se z nich mohly vytvořit rámy autosedadel. Celá tato předvýrobní dokumentace zahrnuje tvorbu výrobních postupů, tvorbu CNC programů a výčet potřebného vybavení.
Abstract:
The work deals with the preparation of the production of two components called Toll holder and Carriage in the production system of the Mubea tool company. These two parts are part of a machine that is designed to form hollow bars so that they can be used to form car seat frames.
