Synthesis of 3-(arylamino)but-2-enamides
Abstract:
Teoretická část této práce je zaměřena na syntézy heterocyklických sloučenin vycházejících z 3-oxobutanamidu nebo N-methyl-3-oxobutanamidu. Experimentální část se zabývá reakcemi 3-oxobutanamidu a N-methyl-3-oxobutanamidu se substituovanými aniliny. Charakteristika těchto látek byla provedena s pomocí 1H, 13C NMR spekter, elementární analýzy, HRMS a teploty tání.Abstract:
The theoretical part of this work is focused on the synthesis of heterocyclic compounds from 3-oxobutanamide or N-methyl-3-oxobutanamide. Experimental part deals with the reactions of 3-oxobutanamide and N-methyl-3-oxobutanamide with substutited anilines. These compounds were characterized by 1H and 13C NMR spectra, elemental analysis, HRMS, and melting point.
