Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá vybranými krátkodobými bankovými úvermi. Prvá kapitola vymedzuje teoretické aspekty problematiky krátkodobých bankových úverov. Prvá časť teoretickej kapitoly zahŕňa ekonomickú a právnu podstatu banky, jej aktívne, pasívne a mimobilančné obchody. Druhá časť teoretickej kapitoly vymedzuje úver a hľadiská členenia úverov.
