Comparison of the hematological analyzers Beckman Coulter DxH 800 and Sysmex XN 9000

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje porovnání dvou typů hematologických analyzátorů. Úvod této práce je rešerše zaměřená na krevní obraz a jeho parametry, diferenciální počet leukocytů, metodiky stanovení těchto parametrů a popis obou porovnávaných analyzátorů. Experimentální část klade důraz na porovnání hematologických analyzátorů z různých hledisek. První část je věnována obecnému porovnání obou analyzátorů především z hlediska pracovního rozsahu. Detailnímu popisu metodiky zpracování datového souboru se věnuje samostatná kapitola. Hlavní část pak tvoří výsledky získané měřením vzorků na obou analyzátorech. Jednotlivé skupiny výsledků jsou rozděleny do specifických kategorií a tou je kapitola krevní obraz, diferenciální počet a retikulocyty. Poslední část je věnována ostatním sledovaným parametrům s důrazem na patologické vzorky.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the comparison of two types of hematological analyzers. The introduction of this work is a research focused on the complete blood count and its parameters, the differencial leukocytes count, the methodology of determination of these parameters and a description of the two analyzed analyzers. The experimental part emphasizes the comparison of hematological analyzers from various points of view. The first part is devoted to the general comparison of both analyzers mainly from the point of view of the working range. The detailed description of the data file processing methodology is devoted to a separate chapter. The main part consists of the results obtained by measuring the samples on both analyzers. The individual results groups are divided into specific categories, including blood count, differential count, and reticulocytes. The last part is devoted to other monitored parameters with emphasis on pathological samples.
