Praktické aspekty založenia a vzniku obchodnej spoločnosti. Cieľom práce je rozobratie problematiky založenia a vzniku obchodnej spoločnosti. Práca sa sústredí hlavne na založenie a vznik obchodnej spoločnosti z praktického hľadiska i na založenie spoločnosti vo všeobecnosti.
