Diplomová práce je zaměřena na návrh nového systému odměňování zaměstnanců. V první části je teoreticky popsáno řízení lidských zdrojů, hodnocení práce a odměňování pracovníků. Druhá tedy praktická část představuje společnost Alfa, s.r.o., srovnává starý systém odměňování s novým a vyhodnocuje dotazník. Abstract:
Diploma thesis focuses on the design of a new system of remuneration. In the first part the human resources management, the job evaluation and the remuneration of the staff are theoretically described. The second part is therefore practical and it introduces Alfa Ltd., it compares the old remuneration system with the new one and it evaluates a questionnaire.
