Zvoleným tématem bakalářské práce je profese vychovatelů ve školní družině jako poslání. Práce je strukturovaná do části teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část vymezuje osobu vychovatele ve školní družině, legislativní předpoklady profese, náplň práce, kompetence, syndrom vyhoření až po práci vychovatele, která je vnímána jako poslání.
