Abstract:

Apple Inc. a Samsung Ltd. jsou dva giganty globálních smartphonů, přičemž oba využívají více než 95% zisku na trhu s chytrými telefony. Vztah mezi společností Apple Inc. a společností Samsung Ltd. lze označit za smrtícího nepřítele i dobrého příteli. Společnost Apple Inc. potřebuje společnost Samsung Ltd. k poskytování náhradních dílů, jako jsou obrazovky a čipy, a společnost Samsung Ltd. A analýza obou společností se nezastavila. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnotit společnosti Samsung Ltd. nástroje finanční analýzy pro sledované období 2014 - 2018. Dalším cílem je porovnání zdravotních výsledků těchto obrovských technologických společností s největším konkurentem Apple Inc. a zjištění největších změn ve sledovaném období. V neposlední řadě je cíl založen na základní analýze. Uveďte, kde může autor pomoci zlepšit finanční zdraví dané společnosti a poskytnout konečné návrhy na zlepšení. V procesu výběru témat budou některé společnosti sbírány jako příklady a budou také vyhodnocovány a analyzovány možnosti jejich spolehlivosti a financování. Na základě hodnocení a analýzy informací získaných v této studii a proti teoretickému výzkumu a předchozímu výzkumu. Záměrem tohoto článku je uvědomit si které faktory ovlivňují nejdůležitější metody financování a hlavní faktory ovlivňující spolehlivost společnosti, uvědomit si, jak zvýšit spolehlivost společnosti a důležitost spolehlivosti společnosti. V teoretické části práce stručně představujeme běžné metody finanční analýzy a použité vzorce, jakož i společné metody financování společnosti. Pokud je praktická část zaměřena na finanční analýzu slavné značky Samsung Ltd. a její porovnání s Apple Inc., a poté porovnat metody financování obou společností. Po analýze společnosti Samsung Ltd. je třeba zlepšit hotovostní rezervy společnosti Samsung Ltd. Peněžní konverzní cyklus společnosti Samsung Ltd. je příliš dlouhý a cyklus převodu hotovosti lze zkrátit zrychlením plateb zákazníkům a zpomalením plateb dodavatelů. Zlepšit využití aktiv a snížit podíl nečinných aktiv. Kontrola počtu stálých aktiv a zvýšení volného peněžního toku. Společnost Samsung Ltd. může snížit vážené průměrné kapitálové náklady zvýšením dlouhodobého dluhu a snížením kapitálového kapitálu s vysokou cenou.

Abstract:

Apple Inc. and Samsung Ltd. are the two giants of global smartphones, both taking more than 95% of the profits in the smartphone market. The relationship between Apple Inc. and Samsung Ltd. can be said to be both a deadly enemy and a good friend. Apple Inc. needs Samsung Ltd. to provide parts such as screens and chips, and Samsung Ltd. has also made a lot of profits. And the analysis of the two companies has not stopped. The main aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the financial health of the company Samsung Ltd. using selected tools of financial analysis for the examined period 2014 – 2018. Next aim is to compare the health results of those huge technologic company with the biggest competitor Apple Inc. and find the biggest changes through the examined period. Last but not least aim is based on core analysis. To indicate where the author can help to enhance the financial health of the given company and provide final suggestions for improvements. In the process of selecting the topics, some companies will be collected as examples, and their reliability and financing options will be evaluated and analyzed also. Based on the evaluation and analysis of the information obtained in this study and against theoretical research and previous research. The intention of this paper is to aware of which factors influence the most important financing methods and the main factors affecting the reliability of the company, to be aware of how to improve the reliability of the company and the importance of company reliability. In the theoretical part of this article, we briefly introduce the common methods of financial analysis and the formulas used, as well as the common financing methods of the company. As long as the practice part is aimed at the financial analysis of the famous brand Samsung Ltd. and compare it with Apple Inc., and then compare the financing methods of the two companies. After the analysis of Samsung Ltd. Samsung Ltd.'s cash reserves need to be improved. Samsung Ltd.'s cash conversion cycle is too long, and the cash conversion cycle can be shortened by accelerating customer payments and slowing payments to suppliers. Improve asset utilization and reduce the proportion of idle assets. Control the number of fixed assets and increase free cash flow. Samsung Ltd. can reduce the weighted average cost of capital by increasing long-term debt and lowering high-cost equity capital.
