Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na změny v právní úpravě spotřebitelských úvěrů v roce 2016 a jejich praktické dopady na poskytování hypotečních úvěrů v České republice. Na začátku jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy a je zde uvedena klasifikace hypotečních úvěrů. Práce také analyzuje současný stav hypotečního trhu v České republice. The bachelor thesis focuses on changes in legal regulations and their practical impact on the provision of mortgage loans in the Czech Republic in 2016.
