The influence of Neurac method on the motorical abilities of hockey ball players

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce bylo zjistit, zda má zařazení Neurac metody v hokejbalovém tréninku vliv na zlepšení vybraných motorických dovedností hráčů. Část práce je zaměřena na podrobný popis Neurac metody. Konkrétně na Neurac diagnostiku myofasciálních řetězců, kvality pohybu a na stanovení cílené terapie muskuloskeletálních poruch. Dále je popsána kineziologická analýza pohybových aktivit při hokejbalu. Výzkumná část je zaměřena na vlastní studii, které se zúčastnilo 20 hráčů hokejbalu. Hráči podstoupili Neurac diagnostiku slabých článků pohybového systému. Následně byli testování standardizovanou baterií motorických testů Českého hokejového svazu, která slouží jako hlavní ukazatel výkonnosti hráčů během sezóny. Studovaný soubor je rozdělen na experimentální a kontrolní skupinu. Experimentální skupina byla podrobena šestitýdenní Neurac terapii. Statisticky byly hodnoceny vstupní a výstupní výsledky hráčů.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to figure out if the application of the Neurac Method as a part of training can improve chosen motor abilities of the hockeyball players. The thesis is divided into two parts. The Neurac Method is described closely in theoretical part. The Neurac diagnostics of the myofascial chains, quality of movement diagnostics and musculosceletal therapy determination are contained in this part. Other chapter of the theoretical part describes kinesiology analysis of movement activities during the hockeyball playing. The practical part of the thesis describes the study itself. 20 hockeyball players participated on the study. First of all the Neurac diagnostics of weak parts of players movement system was made. They went through the Czech Hockey Federation's movement tests as well. These tests are the main indicator of players efficiency during the playing season. After this testing the players were randomly divided into two groups - an experimental group and a control group. The Experimental group underwent the individual Neurac therapy which took six weeks. An input and an output data were statistically evaluated then.
