The Implementation of Knowledge Management into a Company
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá znalostním managementem a jeho uplatněním v podniku. Analyzují se zde znalosti a jejich využívání v podniku jako důležitý zdroj existence a konkurence. Na základě vyhodnocení analýzy se provádí doporučení pro podnik ke zlepšení současného stavu.
Abstract:
This thesis focuses knowledge management in the company. In the thesis are analyzed knowledge and their utilization in the company as important part of existence and competition. On the basis of analyze is drawn up recommendation to improve the current situation.
