Závěrečná práce je věnována zajištění převodu nemovitostí s pomocí kupní smlouvy podle nového občanského zákoníku. Teoretická část obsahuje analýzu náležitostí kupní smlouvy a vedlejší vlastnosti kupní smlouvy na nemovitosti.
