Magisterská diplomová práce ve své úvodní části obsahuje stručný popis stavu správy, jaký první republice zanechalo Rakousko-Uhersko. Jádro práce se pak zabývá zasedáními městské rady města Kladna v období od počátku roku 1917 do konce roku 1920 a charakterizuje změny, které se v pojetí zápisů v této době odehrály. The introduction of the master’s thesis focuses on the brief description of the state administration and self-administration system which was established in the Austrian-Hungarian Empire and was still in practice after the establishing of the “first” Czechoslovak Republic.
