Abstract:
SLAP léze je poranění labrum glenoidale v jeho superiorní části, které se rozšiřuje anteroposteriorním směrem až k úponu šlachy caput longum musculi bicipitis brachii. V bakalářské práci je velice stručně popsána biomechanika ramenního pletence, zabývá se jednotlivými typy SLAP léze, diagnostikou, konzervativní léčbou a operačními možnostmi. Abstract:
SLAP lesion is an injury to the glenoid labrum in its superior part, that spreads in an anteroposterior direction to the tendon of caput longum musculus biceps brachii. The bachelor thesis briefly describes the biomechanics of the shoulder girdle, the individual types of SLAP lesion, diagnostics, conservative treatment and surgical options.
