Book depreciation and tax rebate of property and their influence on the income tax base
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou účetních a daňových odpisů majetku a jejich vlivem na základ daně z příjmů. Stěžejní část práce je věnována nalezení optimálního stanovení odpisů dle zákona o daních z příjmů a porovnání daňového odpisování podle aktuálních právních úprav s předpisy platnými v roce 2007.
Abstract:
The presented bachelor thesis deals with book depreciation and tax rebate and their influence on the income tax base. The main part of the thesis is devoted to finding an optimal stipulation of the tax rebate according to the Income Tax Act and to comparing the tax rebate according to the current legal regulations with the legal regulations valid in 2007.
