Cílem této diplomové práce je zmapovat problematiku právní úpravy správy věci v podílovém spoluvlastnictví. V práci je nejprve vymezen institut spoluvlastnictví a základní pojmy, dále je nastíněn historický vývoj spoluvlastnictví se zaměřením na správu společné věci. The aim of this diploma thesis is to provide an overview of the legal regulation of the administration of property in co-ownership. The thesis firstly defines basic terms and the juridical institute of co-ownership, then outlines the historical development of co-ownership, focusing on the administration of the joint property.
