Abstract:
Práce se zabývá pojmy management a manažerské dovednosti. Stručně vysvětluje co je to management a kdo manažer. Hlouběji se zaměřuje na manažerské dovednosti. Popisuje zde řízení času, komunikaci, stimulaci, zvládání stresu, asertivitu, prezentování, rozhodování, řešení konfliktů, delegování a koučování, vedení porad a týmovou práci.

The thesis deals with the management and management skills. The terms management and manager are clarified in brief while the management skills are discussed in detail.
