Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývala testováním biorozložitelnosti u vzorků směsí PVAL s polysacharidy (škrobem, xanthanem, gellanem) ve vodném anaerobním prostředí. Anaerobní rozklad byl sledován na základě produkce methanu a oxidu uhličitého, metodou plynové chromatografie a TOC meřením.Testované vzorky směsí obsahovaly od 25 {--} 70 hmot. % biodegradabilních složek (polysacharid + glycerol), u nějž byl rozklad …more
Abstract:
This work was conducted into biological degradation of PVAL modified, mixed sam-ples with polysaccharides (starch, xanthan, gellan) in aqueous anaerobic environment. Anaerobic degradation was based on determination of production of methan and carbon dioxide method gas chromatography and TOC determination.
