Abstract:

Diplomová práce historiografickými metodami a prostřednictvím metody analýzy mediální organizace zkoumá v dobovém kontextu první poloviny 20. století vývoj katolického měsíčníku Hlasy svatohostýnské. Časopis byl založen P. Františkem Xaverem Zimmerhackelem a dalšími jezuity vykonávajícími duchovní správu na Hostýně v roce 1905. Práce mapuje vývoj časopisu od jeho vzniku až po jeho zrušení v roce 1948. Časopis Hlasy svatohostýnské je specifickým typem periodika vydávaným členy církevního řádu za účelem šíření kultu Panny Marie Svatohostýnské a zpravodajství o dění na poutním místě. Jako taková je jeho redakce specifickým typem mediální organizace definována konkrétními cíli a zvláštní formou organizace. Vývoj časopisu Hlasy svatohostýnské je v této práci periodizován do šesti období oddělených od sebe proměnami v obsahové i formální podobě listu a změnami v organizaci časopisu, stejně jako významnými společenskými milníky doby. V jednotlivých obdobích se zaměřujeme na změny v ekonomickém a technickém zabezpečení vydávání časopisu, způsobu jeho distribuce, dále pak na změny ve složení redakce a jejich dopady na podobu a organizaci časopisu, věnujeme se rovněž struktuře a obsahu časopisu a v neposlední řadě popisujeme proměny jeho vizuální podoby. Vše se pak pokoušíme zasadit do společensko-politického kontextu doby a místa.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis investigates the development of the Catholic monthly magazine called Hlasy svatohostýnské by historiographic methods and by the method of analysis of a medial organization in the period context of the first half of 20th century. The magazine was established by P. František Xaver Zimmerhackel and the other Jesuits carrying out the ecclesiastic administration in Hostýn in 1905. The thesis conducts a survey of the magazine development from its formation up to its cancellation in 1948. Hlasy svatohostýnské magazine is a specific type of a periodical published by members of a church band for the purpose of propagating the cult of Svatohostýn Virgin Mary and reporting about events in the place of pilgrimage. Like that the editorial team is a specific kind of the medial organization defined by tangible goals and by an unusual form of organization. In this thesis the development of Hlasy svatohostýnské magazine is divided into six periods separated from one another by transformations in the content and formal look of the piece of paper and by changes in the organization of the magazine, just as by important social milestones of that time. In the particular periods we focus on changes in the economic and technical ensuring of the magazine, on the form of its distribution, then on changes in a staff composition and their impacts on the form and organization of the magazine, we also dedicate to the structure and content of the magazine and last but not least we describe changes in its visual form. Then we try to put everything into the social-political context of the period and place.
